- Post-Match Recovery Strategies
- Abstract
One of the most crucial elements of winning in a tennis tournament is proper recovery following a match. Recovery is multi-dimensional: physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual. Coaches must stress the importance of post-match recovery, which should be considered as important as proper warm-up before a match. Post-match recovery is an esssential part of the continuum of smart match play.

- Title 2º
- How to Reduce the Risk of Infectious Diseases
- Abstract 2º
Tennis players are at risk of contracting infectious diseases, especially with repetitive travel and sharing common rooms in close proximity to others. As we cannot isolate ourselves from the rest of the world, it is important to take preventative measures to reduce the risk of both spreading and contracting infectious diseases. Importantly, simple measures that can be applied on a daily basis are highly effective.
