Frank has worked as a touring coach and a level 2 tutor for the ITF since 1999. During this time he has also worked part-time as a lecturer at the Charles University in Prague. Before taking on the role with the ITF Frank was the Technical Director of the Czech Tennis Federation for 5 years. Before that he spent 3 years in Finland as the National Junior Coach. Prior to this was the Director of Coaches Education and Junior Programme for the Czech Tennis Federation (1983-1990). Frank holds a graduate degree in Physical Education and PhD in applied pedagogy.
